Terms of Use - Saowa

Version: 2026-03-21.1 · Effective: March 21, 2026 · Last updated: March 21, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Saowa accounts and Saowa services, including Saowa Budget and other services that do not have separate product-specific terms. By creating an account or using Saowa, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If a specific product has additional terms, those terms apply in addition to these Terms.

1) Who these Terms apply to

You may use Saowa only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and only for lawful purposes. If you use Saowa on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2) Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your password, recovery methods, and any second factors secure. You must notify Saowa promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or a security incident affecting your account.

3) Acceptable use

  • do not try to bypass access controls, tenant isolation, rate limits, or billing controls
  • do not upload malware, abuse the service, or interfere with availability for other users
  • do not use Saowa in ways that violate applicable law or the rights of other people

4) Your data, exports, and backups

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and suitability of the data you enter into Saowa.

Saowa operates backups, monitoring, and recovery procedures, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or zero data loss. If your data is important, keep your own exports or backups where those features are available.

5) Billing and plan changes

If a Saowa service is paid, the applicable price, billing interval, and billing terms will be shown before you purchase.

If pricing, included features, or plan structure changes for a paid service, Saowa will provide notice before the change takes effect for you where required by law or reasonably practical.

6) Availability and product changes

Saowa may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Where reasonably practical, Saowa will give advance notice of material changes that affect existing users.

7) No professional advice

Saowa Budget and other Saowa apps are productivity tools. They do not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

8) Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Saowa is provided "as is" and "as available".

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, data protection rights, or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence.

Subject to that, Saowa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss caused by third-party services or events outside reasonable control.

9) Changes to these Terms

Saowa may update these Terms from time to time. If the legal version changes, users may be asked to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the service.
